To provide a baseline understanding and also to monitor the effectiveness of the education program going forward, an Employee Report Card is given to all participants to gauge their understanding of the plan benefits and to help target the education program to meet their needs. (in addition to other worksheets that ask more specific plan questions). The summary for this course includes an overview of how participants scored on this report card.
A one-year Participant Education Program is then developed and implemented with the assistance of a certified Professional Plan Consultant.

One of the main goals in setting up a retirement benefit plan is to help participants save for a successful retirement.
