To provide
a baseline understanding and also to monitor the effectiveness
of the education program going forward, an Employee Report
Card is given to all participants to gauge their understanding
of the plan benefits and to help target the education
program to meet their needs. (in addition to other worksheets
that ask more specific plan questions). The summary for
this course includes an overview of how participants scored
on this report card.
A one-year Participant Education Program is then developed
and implemented with the assistance of a certified Professional
Plan Consultant.
